Production and shipping timelines can vary based on your order type and shipping method. As a general estimate, most orders are completed and delivered within:
- Minimum: 6 business days
- Maximum: 40 business days
What Affects Turnaround Time?
Several factors can influence how quickly your custom sign is delivered:
1. Type of Sign Ordered
- Some signs, such as LED Neon Signs, can be completed in as little as 6 business days.
- Larger or more complex signs may require additional time for production and quality control.
- Production begins only after you confirm your design details.
- Delays in confirmation may extend the overall turnaround time.
- Production starts once full payment has been received and verified.
- Delayed payments can postpone your estimated delivery timeline.
- We send a photo of your completed sign before shipping.
- Quick approval helps us dispatch your order without delay.
- Air Freight: Fast delivery—typically within a few days after dispatch.
- Sea Freight: More economical, but may take several weeks, especially for international deliveries.
When Does Turnaround Time Begin?
Turnaround time officially begins the next business day after we receive: Confirmed full payment, and Your approval of the final design and production images.
